The Practice’s Fees

Transparency and Fairness

The firm pays particular attention to the transparency and fairness of its fees.

We apply an hourly rate in most instances whenever case work can be charged on that basis.

In other cases, such as employment law, we enter into fee arrangements based on a retainer and success fee.

Yearly subscriptions are also available to our institutional clients, including works councils.

Our customers are aware of our fee structure ahead of time, thereby ensuring a serene and relaxed environment.

These costs may include lawyers’ fees, travel expenses to and from the court, the foregone fees corresponding to the time lost while attending the court hearings.
